Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within: 7 days of delivery. Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 14 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchange details Sveta's Kidswear items are subject to a strict quality control process however in the unlikely event you should receive a faulty item it will be replaced at our cost. Please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return and exchange/refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following products: [discounted or sale items, personalized items, sanitary items (like face masks). These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Should you order the wrong size, Sveta's Kidswear will exchange the item. In this instance the buyer must pay the additional postage costs. Replacement items are subject to the same 14 day turnaround period as standard orders and are subject to fabric stock. Please note: Returns must be made in a perfect, unwashed condition within 14 days. Any item that is returned displaying signs of use and/or washing will not be replaced and will be returned to you. All Sveta's Kidswear items are made to order and are exempt from the distance selling regulations in relation to 'change of mind'. Each item uses fabric that cannot be remade in to something else, and requires the time and skills of our staff members to create. We ask for your understanding in this matter and ask that you read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Please note: Custom orders outside our offered range are not refundable or exchangeable in the absence of fault.
Washing : We recommend washing your Sveta's Kidswear items at 30 degrees/86 Fahrenheit or lower and leaving to air dry or tumble dry low. Incorrect washing of your Sveta's Kidswear items may result in shrinkage/fading. Refunds or exchanges will not be given in this instance.
If you consider your item to be 'lost' please contact us within in 30 days. Orders deemed as lost after this time will not be replaced. United States Postal Service require a period of time to pass before a parcel may be considered as 'lost' and I ask for your understanding in this matter. If your item has still not arrived after this time your order will be replaced. No refunds will be given for lost parcels. This is to protect the integrity of the returns policy and us as a business, from fraudulent claims.
Delivery delays as a result of third party services are beyond our control and we ask for your acknowledgement of this point. If your item is delayed and does not arrive in time for your required date you will be entitled to full refund, including postage costs. Refunds will be issued once the order has been returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition. To accelerate this process you are asked to refuse delivery of the order when it arrives - this will prevent you from paying return postage fees.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders on which an incorrect delivery address is provided.
Our Christmas cut-off date is November 25th. Although we will continue to process orders placed after this date orders are not guaranteed in time for Christmas. This is due to a large increase in order volume in the run up to Christmas. During this time estimated turnaround can be expected to be an average of 2 weeks.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
